With a wealth of experience developing and leading Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) teams, we can help you recruit, train and embed a CISM team within your group or organisation. Surrounding your team with the right supports and resources is essential and we can help you instal a new CISM resource in your group or organisation or enhance the resource you may already have in place.
The solutions and services offered by HUGS Community CLG are underpinned by high quality empirical peer reviewed research. We are committed to research that supports the mental health and wellbeing of first responders, their family and friends and the organisations they work and volunteer with.
With experienced researchers on our team we evaluate and measure the impact of our interventions and we can provide this support for your group or organisation.
We are so grateful for the support and partners who have supported us so far. But we have many more great ideas and very limited resources! If you would like to sponsor a HUGS training session or peer support group, or check out our partnership opportunities, please contact us for more information
